We were delighted to host a visit to St Monans by members of "West Voices" from Bremen in September. The visit coincided with our Community Arts Festival and, as well as performing a joint concert on the Sunday afternoon in the Parish Church, we entertained our German guests with a ceilidh and meals in the Mayview Hotel. The whole weekend was a great success and we look forward to a long friendship with our friends in Bremen.

Last week we enjoyed a fantastic trip to Bremen where we stayed for five nights.  We performed two concerts, one at the Remberti residential home and the other in the Emmanuel Kirche in Walle. At the second concert we sang with West Voices.  They are a Bremen based choir who this year have been focussing on British music.  Both choirs sang a half hour programme and at the end the choirs joined to sing three songs together.  This was a wonderful experience for all.
