2019
During 2019 the choir performed at several events and in the process raised £930 for its charity of the year - East Neuk First Responders.
A highlight of the year was in September when we hosted our German friends from " West Voices" Bremen over the St Monans Community Arts Festival weekend. As well as sharing various social events we performed at a joint concert on the Sunday afternoon in St Monans Parish Church.

We ended our 2019 season with a concert in the St Monans Church Hall and our annual Christmas meal.

DATE FOR YOUR DIARY

"Meningitis Now " Fundraising Concert
Saturday 17th June 2017 at 7pm
St Monans Church Hall
Tickets: £5 to include refreshments

n April 2016 Brian Craib, conductor of St Monans Community Choir, was struck down by life threatening meningitis. Fortunately, with excellent care by the NHS, family, friends and his own determination, he has made a remarkable recovery and is back conducting the choir again.
The choir has chosen “ Meningitis Now” as its charity of the year this year and, as part of its fundraising, is putting on a concert on Saturday 17th June in St Monans Church Hall. The concert, which starts at 7pm, will include a performance by the choir, a short presentation from a “Meningitis Now’ representative and tea/coffee and home baking. The charity helps meningitis victims and their families, supports research and runs a symptom awareness campaign.
We hope that as many people as possible will come along and help us raise a good amount for this worthwhile charity.Tickets(£5) are available from Ruth and Brian Craib ( 01333730741) or any choir member.
